Diversity in the Workplace
As part of this course, I focused my Signature Assignments on Diversity in the Workplace. Although this class focused primarily on business organization, I combine all of my assignments with their relation to culture. I was responsible for teaching the class the section on "Managing & Celebrating Cultural Diversity in the Workplace". We were to create a presentation that would be taught to the company in which we were employed by. As I am an employee of Holland America Group, I have created this presentation for this company.
